This is the advanced Push/Pull/Legs program that I use myself. It's not to say that it'll make you more gains than the beginner one, at the end of the day it's all about effort. But this one is tailored a bit more to accentuate specific aesthetic muscle groups like shoulders, upper chest, arms and abs. Here we're not just building a base. We've built a worthy base and we're polishing and improving what's already there with more isolation exercises while not forgetting our free weights.
